About Me
From the suburbs of New York to the forefront of global transformation, my journey has been fueled by curiosity and pursuit of growth. My career began 15+ years ago in the heart of corporate America and evolved into a quest for deeper meaning, leading me from the demanding marketing world in New York to the wilds of wildlife conservation in Paraguay, and eventually to Berlin, where I honed my leadership skills managing conservation projects across South America.
After years of experience working in corporate and non-profit organizations, I realized that despite a high level of passion and dedication to my craft I felt frustrated and burned out. I wanted to better understand and support leaders and organizations to help people bring their best selves to work every day and to feel genuinely happy in their lives.
And so, I followed that same passion, curiosity, and purpose to launch The Courage Factory and AmandaParker.co in 2018, with the mission to humanize the workplace and support visionaries and rule-breakers to awaken to their full potential and level up their lives with confidence and conviction.
As a Transformation Catalyst I am the bridge between the magical and the practical. My approach has evolved into a blend of intuition, ancient wisdom, and strategy – a distinctive method that empowers leaders, entrepreneurs, and creative individuals to redefine success and bring their vision to life.
